The Successful Applicant

A successful Account Director or Senior AD should have:

• Proven experience in an Account Director role, preferably in another agency.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of media and marketing strategies for large scale clients.
• Exceptional communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Familiarity with budget management and financial reporting.
