A leading property consultancy in Bristol is seeking a qualified Valuation Surveyor to join their team. The role involves property inspections, reporting, and collaborating with stakeholders. Candidates must be MRICS qualified and have experience in both commercial and residential valuations. This full-time role offers a salary of £55,000 - £65,000, a company car, private healthcare, and ongoing training support. Hybrid working is available, promoting flexibility.

- Proven experience preparing valuation reports across commercial and residential properties.

- Carrying out property inspections and measurements.

Connaissances
Valuation Surveyor (Commercial / residential) – £55,000 - £65,000 + Company Car + Private Healthcare + Company Bonus + Ongoing training and CPD support. Hybrid - Office based in Bristol.
- Carrying out property inspections, measurements, and work in line with RICS standards.
- Working within a Valuation team of 13.
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure clear communication throughout the process.
- Typically Monday-Friday (9:00am-5:30pm).
- MRICS qualified and a Registered Valuer (essential).
- Proven experience preparing valuation reports across commercial and residential properties.
- Commutable to the Bristol office.
Based across East Devon and West Dorset, this is a full-time position.
