The Role

• Managing enquiries and processing quotations responsibly and intelligently to maximise upsell and act in the best interest of the client
• Quotation follow-up and negotiation to convert into orders
• Build trusting relationships with clients
• Updating and maintaining the CRM with details on communication made or received
• Liaising with Customer Services, Account Managers, Sales Ledger, and Purchasing regarding the client\'s requirements
