Overview

Valuation Surveyor (Commercial / residential) – £55,000 - £65,000 + Company Car + Private Healthcare + Company Bonus + Ongoing training and CPD support. Hybrid - Office based in Bristol.

The Role

• Carrying out property inspections, measurements, and work in line with RICS standards.
• Working within a Valuation team of 13.
• Liaising with stakeholders to ensure clear communication throughout the process.
• Typically Monday-Friday (9:00am-5:30pm).

The Person

• MRICS qualified and a Registered Valuer (essential).
• Proven experience preparing valuation reports across commercial and residential properties.
• Commutable to the Bristol office.

Based across East Devon and West Dorset, this is a full-time position.
