- Engage with new and existing customers to create interest and generate qualified leads.
- Use calls, emails, and social media to reach key decision-makers and nurture relationships.
- Research and identify target accounts to help drive business growth.
- Support the sales team with order entry, CRM updates, and general administration.
- Help prepare sales reports and track pipeline activity.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Ideally 2+ years' experience in inside sales, business development, or customer engagement.
- Excellent communication skills — confident, personable, and professional.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to understand and discuss technical or software-based solutions.
- Familiar with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar) — training provided.
- Strong organisational skills, self-motivation, and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
