Overview

Inside Sales Support Executive — Southampton (East). Salary: Up to £32,000 + Bonus. Hours: Monday to Friday | Office-Based | Free Parking.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with new and existing customers to create interest and generate qualified leads.
  • Use calls, emails, and social media to reach key decision-makers and nurture relationships.
  • Research and identify target accounts to help drive business growth.
  • Support the sales team with order entry, CRM updates, and general administration.
  • Help prepare sales reports and track pipeline activity.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
What Our Client is Looking For
  • Ideally 2+ years' experience in inside sales, business development, or customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills — confident, personable, and professional.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to understand and discuss technical or software-based solutions.
  • Familiar with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar) — training provided.
  • Strong organisational skills, self-motivation, and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
