Job summary
A waste management service provider in Bramley is seeking an experienced LGV Driver to operate a refuse collection vehicle and lead a small crew. The role involves ensuring safety, compliance with regulations, and high standards of customer service while providing support in waste and recyclables collection across various areas. Applicants must have a Category C Licence and valid CPC, alongside strong communication and teamwork abilities. This position offers a flexible working pattern with potential for additional Saturday work.

Responsibilities
- Operate a waste collection vehicle safely and efficiently.
- Lead, supervise and allocate duties to waste collection crew members.
- Carry out daily vehicle walk-around checks and complete defect reports.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
- Record accidents / near misses and conduct dynamic risk assessments.
