Job description

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining great relationships with external partners and internal AXA colleagues.
• Providing a quality debt collection service.
• Providing appropriate and timely resolutions to account queries.
• Identifying and escalating all late broker payments to minimise potential bad debt.
• Working as part of the Credit Control team, responsible for debt collection activity, resolving queries, and reducing aged debt through review and analysis of insurance broker partner accounts.
• Making and receiving telephone calls, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to develop great relationships.
