The client has moved into a brand-new 6,000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility and is growing its team. We’re seeking a talented and experienced CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator to join a high-performing precision engineering operation in Milton Keynes.
About the Role:
You’ll be hands-on from start to finish, producing high-precision components on our advanced Hurco multi-axis milling machines. We work across 3, 4 & 5 axis projects using a variety of materials, delivering mission-critical components to premium clients with exacting standards and tight deadlines.
- Full-cycle manufacturing on CNC milling machines
- Offline programming using Hypermill by Open Mind (experience preferred but not essential — full training available)
- Maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and finish
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in CNC Programming/Setting/Operating
- Strong understanding of tooling, materials, and technical drawings
- Experience with Hypermill (advantageous)
- A proactive team player with a quality-first mindset
- Competitive salary: £30,000 – £45,000 (DOE)
