Overview

CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator — £30K–£45K + Bonus
Milton Keynes

The client has moved into a brand-new 6,000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility and is growing its team. We’re seeking a talented and experienced CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator to join a high-performing precision engineering operation in Milton Keynes.

About the Role:

You’ll be hands-on from start to finish, producing high-precision components on our advanced Hurco multi-axis milling machines. We work across 3, 4 & 5 axis projects using a variety of materials, delivering mission-critical components to premium clients with exacting standards and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle manufacturing on CNC milling machines
• Offline programming using Hypermill by Open Mind (experience preferred but not essential — full training available)
• Maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and finish

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in CNC Programming/Setting/Operating
• Strong understanding of tooling, materials, and technical drawings
• Experience with Hypermill (advantageous)
• A proactive team player with a quality-first mindset
