CNC Programmer

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software and machine controls (Fanuc, Heidenheim, Mazak, or similar).
• Set up, operate, and prove out CNC machines to achieve the highest levels of precision and efficiency.
• Work directly from engineering drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation.
• Carry out first-off and in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and implement process improvements.
• Ensure all work meets health, safety, and quality compliance standards.

About You

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a CNC Programmer in a precision engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of machining principles, tooling selection, and cutting strategies.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, Edgecam, or similar).
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a close-knit team.
