- Operate and monitor machines and associated production equipment
- Ensure consistent product quality and output throughout the production process
- Carry out routine equipment checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance
- Handle raw materials safely and feed them into the production line
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Assist with tooling changes, setups, and line changeovers
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures
- Work effectively as part of a production team
- Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation is preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and develop new skills
Starting rate: £13.98 per hour
