A conservation organization in the UK is seeking a Service Team Member to support and connect with visitors. The role involves maintaining presentation standards, assisting with visitor inquiries, and serving refreshments. Ideal candidates will focus on excellent service delivery, be adaptable, and work flexibly. Being a Service Team Member for the National Trust is all about flexibility, offering support to the wider team where it is needed, connecting with visitors, inspiring them, and making sure they have the best possible day when they come to visit.
Salary: £12.75 per hour. Hours: 585 hours per year, worked on a rota throughout the year. The role will require weekday, weekend, bank holiday and some out of season availability. Hours worked each month may vary due to seasonal demand; however, the salary is paid in 12 equal payments throughout the year. Contract: Permanent.
