Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a professional to handle domestic property claims. You will manage claims from start to finish, while serving as a primary contact for brokers and policyholders. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and experience in high net worth or private client policies. The position offers support for obtaining relevant certifications.
Qualifications
- Background in domestic property claims required.
- Experience with Cert CII or Cert CILA preferred, support provided if needed.
- Calm and credible communication style required for client interactions.
Responsibilities
- Handle claims from cradle to grave.
- Serve as a key point of contact for brokers, insurers, and policyholders.
- Support field adjusters and ensure smooth settlement processes.
