• Understanding of disputes handled by the department.
• Strong prioritization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload from start to finish.
• Assist lead lawyer with large and complex cases.
• Conduct thorough investigations and legal research.

Skills

Legal Qualification: Solicitor/FILEX

Previous defendant property insurance claims experience

Thorough understanding of disputes and claims

Experience dealing with challenging customers
