Job summary

A leading workforce solutions company in the United Kingdom is seeking a professional to manage complex architectural designs and systems integration. This role involves owning the blueprint for implementation and working closely with executive leadership to influence suppliers. The ideal candidate will have certifications in architecture, experience in business transformation, and the ability to manage a small team. Regular travel to London is expected.

Qualifications

• Qualifications include Arcimate certification or TOGAF.
• Experience in business transformation required.
• Must have knowledge of architecture tools and patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own the blueprint for implementation.
• Work with executive leadership and board.
• Influence suppliers and work with CTOs and CIOs.
• Deputise the CTO as needed.
• Manage a small team of 4 to 7 people.
• Own internal architecture and system integration for Capgemini.

• Grand view of how arcitectue can work toge

Responsibilities

• Own the blueprint for implementation
• And suppliers are playing their part
• Work with exec and board
• Influence and challenge suppliers – work with CTO’s & CIO
• Will deputise the CTO
• Small team – 4 people, go up to 6/7
• Own internal architect – system integration for Capgemini – also lead architects on delivery partners
• Complex architecture across the estate

• Might consider other regulated services – not just financial services
