A leading global healthcare company is seeking a Head of Enterprise Architecture on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract in Tunbridge Wells. The role involves developing and owning the architecture strategy, managing a team of architects, and ensuring architectural governance and risk controls throughout the IT landscape. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong governance expertise, domain knowledge in regulated services, and experience in cloud architectures. Join AXA - Global Healthcare as our Head of Enterprise Architecture on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract and lead the strategic evolution of our enterprise architecture landscape. In this pivotal role, you’ll develop and own the architecture strategy and target state for AXA Global Healthcare and the Health Division’s transversal functions, including finance, risk, and HR. You’ll govern architectural standards, reference architectures, and solution designs, ensuring alignment with regulatory, security, privacy, and governance requirements.
Collaborating closely with the CIO and key business leaders, you’ll translate business strategies into actionable architecture roadmaps, prioritising initiatives and managing the architecture backlog across programmes. Leading and developing a dedicated team of enterprise and solution architects, you’ll ensure architecture governance and risk controls are embedded across our IT landscape, supporting our regulated activities through security-by-design, privacy-by-design, data governance, and audit readiness.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You\u2019ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
