A recruitment agency is seeking a New Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition in technology recruitment. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of business development experience and a strong network in the sector. This role offers a competitive salary between £60,000 and £90,000 plus uncapped commission, with opportunities for personal and professional growth in a compact and entrepreneurial environment.

Our client is a high‑calibre player in Technology and Professional Services Recruitment and part of a larger independent Recruitment Group. The group specialises in interim, change management and leadership talent across six continents particularly in technology, digital transformation and emerging leader markets.
They are currently a lean team of 10, 3 x Business Development (in Retail and FS Recruitment), 3 highly experienced delivery consultants and 3 admin support. This means you will be operating in a high‑visibility, high‑impact role where your hustle directly drives results.
You're an experienced Recruitment BD professional (or senior IT executive‑search recruiter), with a strong existing network (international is a plus) and a track record of delivering new business in technology recruitment (interim and perm). The delivery team is already established you will focus on the growth side.
