Your role:

In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Required:

• Develop and maintain robust and scalable software solutions using the Go programming language, with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into well-designed and efficient code.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the delivery of high-quality and error-free software.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Go language updates, industry trends, and best practices to continually enhance development processes.
• Optimize software applications for maximum performance and efficiency, taking advantage of Go's concurrency capabilities.
• Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintain coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software functionality, performance, and integration, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Travel required to Brighton/Burgesshill, UK.
