We’re exclusively representing a growing, forward-thinking business based inNewtownabbey, currently seeking a dedicatedHR Officerto support their expanding People function. Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 DOE
15% annual performance bonus

The role:
You’ll work alongside a passionate HR Manager to deliver efficient HR support across recruitment, onboarding, policy, systems, and employee engagement. You’ll have a hands-on role in shaping a best-in-class employee experience while developing your own HR skillset in a supportive and evolving environment.
About you:
If you have at least 2 years of generalist HR experience, a CIPD qualification (or working towards), and a keen eye for process, people, and compliance, we’d love to hear from you.
