The Job Role:

• General Manager to oversee 2 restaurants on site
• General Manager to manage a team of 30
• A General Manager that is able to exceed in future planning for the business
• A General Manager that can lead from the front.
• A General Manager to continually drive standards of food and drinks service forward

The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on General Manager who thrives in a busy environment
• Experience with managing large teams is a must
• The successful General Manager will have led fresh food operations

• Own transport is essential
