ICP Search is proudly supporting a market‑leading live events and hospitality group in the appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer.

This is a defining leadership role for a commercially astute, people‑led CEO who can build on a proud legacy while leading the business into its next phase of growth, modernisation, and performance.

The Opportunity

The organisation is an established operator with decades of heritage, a strong brand, and deep relationships across major sporting venues, live events, and large‑scale hospitality environments.

The next chapter is about:

  • Scaling performance across a complex, multi‑division operation

The CEO will work closely with the Chair and Board, with full accountability for strategy, performance, people, and culture.

  • Champion safety, compliance, and exceptional customer experience at scale
  • Act as an external ambassador for the business across sport, events, and hospitality
