Job summary
A well-known restaurant chain in Tees Valley is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join as Production Chef apprentices. You will learn to prepare delicious meals in a vibrant environment with a strong focus on culinary skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain qualifications in catering while honing your cooking abilities. Shift patterns include weekends and holidays, with training over a 15-month period.

Responsibilities
- Preparation and cooking of food items according to menu specifications.
- Working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
