About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionateSous Chefto join an established and creative kitchen team at a stunning wedding and events venue.The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of culinary experience, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation standards.

AsSous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service, efficient team performance, and consistent delivery of outstanding dishes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support kitchen staff, ensuring efficiency and high standards throughout service.
  • Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating to deliver dishes of the highest quality.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development, seasonal offerings, and creative presentation.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate junior kitchen team members.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering and inventory management.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned.
  • Contribute to smooth service during busy periods, ensuring timely and professional delivery.
