The role involves creating nutritious, flavoursome and well-balanced menus while working with residents to tailor the menus to their preferences. As a Bank Chef at Barchester, you will have the opportunity to work with fresh, seasonal food and enjoy a better work-life balance compared to traditional restaurant/hotel settings. You will assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen, creating high-quality dishes, and leading and motivating a team. The role requires experience in working with fresh, seasonal produce, a good understanding of nutrition, and the ability to create a warm and welcoming environment for residents.
