LOCATION: Uxbridge, West London
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm
- Leading Daily Kitchen Operations: Manage the team to ensure smooth service and excellent food quality
- Menu Planning: Create balanced, seasonal menus aligned with customer preferences and dietary needs
- Food Safety Compliance: Maintain high standards of hygiene and adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train and motivate kitchen staff to achieve performance standards
- Stock and Cost Control: Monitor ordering, inventory, and budgets to reduce waste and optimise spend
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional service and satisfaction across all catering outlets
- Quality Assurance: Regularly review menus and presentation to maintain consistency and freshness
- Collaboration: Work with management and support teams to implement new ideas and initiatives
- Proven experience of managing a busy catering or kitchen operation
- Strong culinary background with a passion for high-quality, fresh food
