• Willingness to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Support the kitchen team in daily operations.
• Flexibility in work hours to accommodate other commitments.

Responsibilities

• Prep and create pub menu items for service.
• Own a section of the kitchen.
• Complete the Chef Development Programme to become a Sous Chef.

Skills

Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP

Ability to work within a team in a fast-paced environment

As Commis Chef:There’s plenty to get involved with whilst growing your career and developing skills that you can take home.

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP

• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time
