The Director of Finance & Resources is a key leadership role responsible for financial strategy, reporting, budgeting, statutory accounts, forecasting, planning, and risk management, ensuring compliance with UK charity regulations. The role involves financial governance, performance improvement, and income diversification, contributing to the organization's future direction.

You will provide strategic insight, lead and develop a high-performing team, and foster a culture of financial accountability. Responsibilities include commercial performance, budget control, working capital management, and evaluating income opportunities. The role requires strategic thinking, resilience, and alignment with POhWER's ethos of respect and teamwork.
