A not-for-profit housing organization in Bury St Edmunds is seeking a Night Concierge for their Homelessness Service. The role involves handling customer queries, fostering supportive relationships, and ensuring the security of the service. Candidates should have experience working with vulnerable individuals and be comfortable using IT systems. This full-time position offers 42 hours of work per week on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern with benefits including extensive holiday and a pension scheme.
