Reporting to: Director of IT & Operations

The Logistics Manager will be responsible for the entire international supply chain, from production and distribution to wholesalers, retailers, our Flagship Store, and E-commerce. The role involves coordinating this flow strategically and daily to ensure that products are delivered to the right locations on time and cost-effectively. The manager will also oversee third-party logistics and freight orders.

1. Build successful relationships with warehouses both in person and remotely.
2. Ensure data control accuracy regarding stock and flows.
3. Manage relationships effectively both internally and externally.
4. Work proactively with executives, translating supply chain strategies, obstacles, and regulations to develop comprehensive logistics operations strategies.
5. Understand the implications of Customs/Duty Taxes on the supply chain and logistics, and provide solutions.
6. Manage IT systems to control stock levels, delivery times, and transport costs.
7. Use information systems to coordinate and control the order cycle.
8. Analyze data from IT systems to evaluate performance and plan improvements.
9. Allocate and manage resources according to changing needs.
10. Develop the business by gaining new contracts, analyzing logistical problems, and producing solutions.
11. Collaborate with the team to develop improved operational flows.
12. Continuously seek to improve business performance within legislative, fuel cost, and environmental constraints.
13. Manage staff training issues and motivate team members.
14. Plan and manage projects effectively.
15. Utilize specialist knowledge to provide consultancy services.

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or related fields.
• A degree in business, computing, distribution, or management is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, across all organizational levels.
• A logical, systematic approach to work.
• Problem-solving skills, decision-making ability, lateral thinking, and creativity.
• Commercial awareness and strong numeracy skills.
• IT literacy, including system integration and information flow management.
