Overview

IT Programme Manager job, Programme Delivery, Project Management, AI Technology, Cloud, Global Clients, Payment Services, Facilities management, Travel – Immediate need – up to 90K

An experienced IT Programme Manager is required to lead and oversee the successful implementation of AI technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, an understanding of AI technologies and/or payment services, and the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives. Flexibility to travel is a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programmes ideally with AI Technology
• Manage multiple interdependent projects within the AI technology portfolio
• Coordinate with stakeholders across different departments including facilities management to ensure alignment and successful integration of AI solutions
• Develop and maintain programme roadmaps, timelines, and budgets
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the programme lifecycle
• Oversee the work of project managers and technical teams
• Report on programme progress to senior management and key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines in AI implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in programme management, with at least 3 years focusing on AI or advanced technology initiatives
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale technology programmes on time and within budget
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent programme management certification

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of AI ethics and governance frameworks
• Knowledge of payment services
• Experience in change management and organizational transformation
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Understanding of data privacy regulations and their impact on AI implementations
