As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality personal care to residents, contributing to the care team, and ensuring continuity of services. Your duties include assisting residents with personal hygiene, recognizing and escalating clinical risks, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors. You will practice safe systems of work across a range of tasks.
