A healthcare organization in the United Kingdom is looking for a Cardiology Float Pool Registered Nurse to provide quality care to patients during cardiac procedures. The ideal candidate will have a BSN, four years of experience with cardiac patients, and ACLS certification. This role involves coordinating schedules with healthcare teams. Candidates must hold a Rhode Island State RN License and be proficient in interpreting 12-lead EKGs.
Primary Function: Cardiology Float Pool Registered Nurse is responsible for providing quality care to patients prior to, during, and after cardiac stress testing, pre and post cardiac catheterization care, and monitoring patients during pacemaker MRI and CTA testing in accordance with department and hospital policy. The RN plans, directs and coordinates the daily schedule with inpatient and outpatients through communication with the supervisor and lead Cardiologists in the cardiology department and diagnostic imaging.
