A luxury care home group is seeking a Concierge in the United Kingdom to deliver a professional reception service. The role requires strong communication skills and previous receptionist experience, along with proficient IT knowledge. The successful candidate will ensure visitors receive an outstanding experience while supporting the management team. Salary: £12.21 per hour
We are looking for an engaging, confident and motivated Concierge to deliver professional and courteous reception service to all visitors to the home. Our concierges ensure that every visitor to the home receive an outstanding experience, greeting them courteously and professionally. Where required, you will provide support to the administrator and management team, supporting effective and confidential record keeping in the home.
We are looking for a Concierge with strong communication skills. You will have previous experience as a receptionist, and a proficient knowledge of IT. Our concierges play a pivotal role in maintaining a positive reputation of the home in the local community so you will be driven to meeting and delivering a high‑standard of service.
