If you have worked in Luxury Retail, Hotels and Resorts, Account Management, VIP Concierge, Luxury Travel - this could be an excellent career progression and an opportunity to work for a growing award-winning company.

  • YouMUSThave excellent language skills inprofessional English and Danish, in written and spoken (according to the CERF Framework C1-C2).
  • 2+ years experience in leisure orientated sector of business, hospitality, retail, leisure, Customer service, concierge or call center
  • Experience with a GDS system desirable
  • Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills when dealing with members, suppliers and clients, working in a calm and professional manner at all time
  • Strong administration skills and be able to prioritized workloads to meet strict deadlines
  • Have a strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and culture
  • Are service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Natural sales flair with experience in selling lifestyle and travel services
  • Have a positive attitude and identify with Ten Group values
  • Value exceptional service and live by this motto
  • Computer Literate: to a high level and proficient with all Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ; additional software or CRM tools experience of advantage
  • Flexibility: Requires full-time commitment (40 hrs/week) with rotating shifts and the ability to work on weekends.

Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office :

  • Located in United Kingdom or South Africa
  • Please note that if you live within a commutable distance of the office you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement - at least 2x a week in the office
  • A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions.
  • You must meet our minimum internet speeds if you want to work remotely / in our hybrid model and this will be checked during the recruitment process and again when you join.
