1. Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners, ensuring that Year 6 students are prepared for their SATs and secondary education.
2. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported and motivated to achieve their full potential.
3. Provide regular feedback and assessment, using data to track student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective curriculum delivery and consistency across the school.
5. Engage with parents and carers to discuss student progress and offer guidance on supporting learning at home.
6. Contribute to the wider life of the school by participating in school events and extracurricular activities.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Previous experience teaching in Year 6 or Key Stage 2.
• Knowledge of SATs preparation and the ability to prepare students for transition to secondary school.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.
• A positive, proactive approach to teaching with a focus on student success.
