Job summary
A leading childcare provider in Altrincham is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager for a full-time position. Responsibilities include creating a safe and stimulating environment, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations. The ideal candidate must have a minimum Level 3 in childcare and significant management experience. - Implement an educational, stimulating, and safe environment for children in line with legislation and Ofsted requirements.
- Recruit, manage and ensure all staff are trained.
- Ensure nursery ratios are adhered to at all times.
- Develop and maintain relationships with the local community and professional agencies.
We are recruiting for an experienced Nursery Manager for a quality early years setting in Altrincham, Greater Manchester. This is for an independnet nursery with a great reputation in the local communuty. The role is a permanent full time (40hrs a week) position working Monday to Friday.
