A healthcare staffing agency is seeking experienced Care Assistants to join their team across various locations including Blackburn and Accrington. In this role, you will assist clients with personal care tasks and daily routines while providing companionship. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in care homes and must be 18 or older. The position requires good communication skills in English and an Enhanced DBS check. Competitive arrangements are offered for interested applicants.

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients in maintaining their daily routines and care plans.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behaviour to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients in both home care and care home settings.
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying up).
- Help with meals and feeding.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Must have experience working in care homes
- Proof of right to work in the UK
- Applicants must be 18+
- Must be able to speak and understand basic English
- Enhanced DBS check (Preferred if you’re on the DBS Update Service) – if not registered, we will process a new DBS check
