Overview

Weekly paid hours with immediate starts available. We are offering immediate start opportunities for experienced Care Assistants to work weekend shifts at a welcoming care home in Littleover.

Responsibilities

• Support residents living with age-related conditions such as Dementia and Alzheimer’s.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily routines.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks and report any concerns or updates to senior staff.

Qualifications

• To be eligible, you must hold a practical moving and handling certificate dated within the past six months.
• An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months, up-to-date mandatory training—including practical moving and handling training dated within the past 6 months—a referenceable work history covering a minimum of three years, and at least three months of previous experience within a UK-based care home setting.
• If you do not currently have a valid DBS or up-to-date training, we offer online training at a subsidised fee, and the certificates are yours to keep.

Hours and Pay

• Working hours: 20:00 to 08:00 on Saturday and Sunday
