Healthcare Assistant – Weekly Pay - Littleover

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join a beautifully appointed care home in Littleover. This role is more than just a job—it’s a chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals living with age-related conditions such as Dementia and Alzheimer’s.

Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate support with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and hygiene to residents.
  • Promote dignity, comfort, and overall well-being through daily routines and interactions.
  • Assist with housekeeping tasks and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
  • Follow health and safety procedures and accurately document any changes in residents’ conditions or incidents for senior staff.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months.
  • Up-to-date mandatory training, including practical moving and handling training dated within the past 6 months.
  • Referenceable work history covering a minimum of three years.
  • At least three months of previous experience within a UK-based care home setting.
  • Moving and handling certificate dated within the last six months.

If you do not currently have a valid DBS or up-to-date training, we offer online training at a subsidised fee, and the certificates are yours to keep.
