Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and handovers to colleagues and the multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure individualized care programs are formulated and executed for each patient.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care under the direction of the Ward Manager.
• Organize and coordinate nursing services in the absence of senior staff.
• Maintain high clinical standards and accountability as per NMC guidelines.
• Role model inclusive leadership and promote team collaboration.
