This is an exciting opportunity to join Ward 9 Care of the Older Adult and become part of the Acute Elderly Care team.

To support Elderly Care, we are looking for dedicated Staff Nurses to join our team. Whether you are an experienced nurse looking for your next move, or you are still early in your nursing career, you will find a welcoming and supportive environment here to encourage you to reach your full potential.

  • To be responsible for assessing individual patient care needs and developing implementation and evaluating plans of care for a group of patients in accordance with agreed policies and professional guidelines.
  • To take charge of the ward for a span of duty, but will normally work under the supervision of senior staff.
  • To work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
