Digital Tourism Business / Management Consultant - UK contract, Middle East client

Background in Digital Business Consultancy (definition/documentation/presentation)

Experience in Travel & Hospitality industry is a bonus

Experience working in the Middle East (UAE or KSA preferred)

UK/remote based, with ability to travel (trips 1-2 weeks max, 3-4 trips/year, planned ad-hoc)

Define, agree, and mobilize the Digital Tourism Target Operating Model.

Define Tourism's digital Services Assurance, Integration, and Management Framework (Strategy, Design, Build, Run).

Implement Governance Framework & Structures for:

• Change, Configuration, and Control Body
• Partner Integration Framework
• Acceptance into Service Framework
• Issues & Requests Management

Define Tourism's digital support model and framework for seamless visitor experience and robust support services.

Define high-level Capability and Maturity Model for Digital Tourism.

Define and publish the Common Framework to align Business and IT.

Define the Visitor Care strategy, digital toolset requirements, and establish Visitor Care services.

Define the Digital Communications strategy & requirements across the Common Framework (Strategy, Design, Build & Run).

Support development of a business case (cost elements, vendor quotes) and statements of work for tendering services and budgeting.
