Located in Cardiff or Swansea with hybrid working available.

Basic Salary: £25,000 based on 37.5 hrs a week.

Key Responsibilities:

General Administration & Data Management:

  • Provide administrative support to assigned teams and specialisms.
  • Update spreadsheets for Directors, Managers, and Consultants.
  • Generate sales and data reports as needed.
  • Update and format candidate CVs.
  • Perform filing, scanning, and printing duties.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing regional reports.
  • Attend meetings and record action points.
  • Coordinate client and candidate events.
  • Support incentive programs and events.
  • Maintain fee trackers for Directors.

Office Management:

  • Manage office and IT equipment.
  • Process travel requests.
  • Manage office supplies and merchandise.
  • Coordinate visitor logistics.
  • Handle property-related inquiries.
  • Assist in onboarding new staff.
  • Support HR admin tasks.
  • Manage office car diary and hybrid working rota.
