What You'll Be Doing:

As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales excellence and delivering a high-value, personalised buying experience.

Here's what you can expect:

• Lead Sales Excellence: Engage with retail and trade customers, guiding them through a tailored buying journey. You'll be delivering exceptional service across various channels, including showroom, phone, live chat, and digital platforms.
• Own the CRM Agenda: Take charge of daily CRM engagement and lead management. Ensure tasks, follow-ups, and sales activities are executed in a timely manner. You will also monitor CRM performance, promoting best practises to enhance team efficiency.
