We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager, AI to continue to chart the course for Webflow’s rapid growth among our largest customers. You will be at the forefront of revolutionizing the way businesses collaborate, innovate, and grow using Webflow. Your leadership and strategic thinking will play a pivotal role in democratizing the power of web development for large‑scale organizations, fostering collaboration, and scaling Webflow’s impact globally. You’ll craft the strategy for evolving our product to support world‑class teams building mission‑critical web presences for some of the world’s most well‑known and fastest growing brands.

About the role
  • Location: Remote‑first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)

  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We’ve structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job‑related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
    • United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
      • Zone A: $230,000 - $340,000
      • Zone B: $220,000 - $320,000
      • Zone C: $200,000 - $300,000
    • Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
      • 260,000 - 390,000

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company‑wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

  • Reporting to the Chief Product Officer
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and continuously evolve Webflow’s AI platform roadmap.
  • Craft and deliver a unified AI product strategy across the platform.
  • Monitor AI performance signals and turn insights into action.
  • Translate customer feedback into AI breakthroughs.
  • Run market intelligence like a radar system for Gen AI. Assess competitive positions, and pinpoint opportunities and threats. Stay at the forefront of AI science and engineering.
  • Collaborate with teams across Product Management, Product Design, Engineering, Corporate Development, Data Science, and User Research to turn market insights into live product initiatives.
  • Define and steer GTM strategy for AI‑powered products with Sales and Marketing.
  • Build and cultivate AI ecosystem relationships.
  • Become the internal evangelist for AI‑native product thinking, how we operate as an AI‑native team, and how we help our customers evolve into AI‑native organizations.
  • Level up the org into an AI‑native product team through coaching and hands‑on examples.
About you
  • Enjoy going deep into technical problem spaces adjacent to how AI is reinventing web development, design, and marketing.
  • Builder at heart—prototypes daily, experiments with new models, creates agents, and helps teams improve eval quality.
  • 10+ years in product management, Gen AI, ML, Applied AI, and related domains, including leading end‑to‑end product strategy.
  • Strong analytical instincts with a track record of converting insights into high‑impact product initiatives.
  • Deep expertise in AI and its application in tech products; proven ability to use AI to unlock innovation.
  • Exceptional cross‑functional collaborator who communicates clearly and rallies diverse teams behind AI initiatives.
  • Stay curious and open to growth—actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.
