We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who’s obsessed with building a scalable, high-impact growth engine to help us grow our user base and hit our ambitions quickly.

Why this role is special
  • You’ll own our acquisition engine from experimentation to scaling and help define the growth playbook that shapes how Granola reaches new users.

  • You get to balance brand and performance. You’ll test, iterate and grow quickly while keeping everything aligned with Granola’s voice and standards.

  • You’ll be a core part of the founding growth team. You’ll experiment with new channels, dig into user insights and build our growth stack from the ground up.

What you’ll do
  • Own the acquisition engine. Test, learn and scale the channels that drive new users.

  • Test, validate and scale acquisition channels across paid social, search, affiliates and creators. Explore new channels like podcasts and OOH.

  • Improve the customer journey. Optimise the website, mobile experience, onboarding and email communications to drive conversion, retention and advocacy.

  • Own the brand media budget and decide where to allocate spend to drive awareness and acquisition.

  • Go deep on customer insights so messaging and creative resonate at scale.

  • Translate story into performance. Turn our brand narrative into strong audiences, messages and creative that convert.

  • Manage budget and efficiency. You’ll be accountable for CAC, ROI and channel health.

  • Partner with Creative and Brand to produce high performing ads and iterate quickly.

  • Build the growth marketing stack including measurement, attribution, dashboards and experiment frameworks.

  • You have a builder mentality. You enjoy launching new things from scratch and you’re creative, entrepreneurial and always experimenting.

  • You’re analytical, structured and experimental. You think in hypotheses and loops.

  • You know how to balance brand with performance and you experiment with creative to drive growth without compromising quality.

  • You’re comfortable diving into the details of channel management and the strategy behind it.

  • You have a bias to action. You move fast, ship often and learn quickly.

  • You’re collaborative. You work well with Brand, PMM and Product to connect story to messaging to performance.
