Stacks is hiring a People Lead to build and scale our people function as we navigate explosive hypergrowth.
You’ll be the strategic partner to our founders and leadership team, building the people infrastructure, culture, and organizational foundation that will define Stacks as we scale. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where you’ll own everything from talent strategy and people operations to performance management and organizational design.
