Job summary
A leading estate agency in Wimbledon seeks an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager. This role involves mentoring the sales team, managing client relationships, and valuing properties. Candidates should have at least 3 years experience in a similar position within residential estate agencies, a proven sales record, and excellent communication skills. A valid UK driver's license and a 45-minute commute from Wimbledon are essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Sales Manager in residential Estate Agencies.
- Substantial experience in listing and valuing properties.
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in managing the Sales Department.
- Monitor, mentor, and performance manage the negotiating team.
- Act as Sales Manager during holidays and absence.

- Assisting the Sales Manager in managing the Sales Department,
- Monitoring supervising, mentoring and performance managing the negotiating team
- Acting as Sales Manager during holidays and absence
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Managing and developing new and existing client relationships
- Valuing and listing properties
- Carrying out viewings and negotiating sales of properties
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Sales Manager within residential Estate Agencies
- Substantial experience in listing and valuing properties
- A proven track record of driving sales and achieving sales targets
- Previous experience with managing teams highly desirable
- Self motivated, target driven, ambitious
- Articulate, well spoken and an exceptional communicator
- Must have a UK drivers license
- Must live within a 45 minute commute (during rush hour) of Wimbledon
