Job Title: Junior Project Manager
Location: Belfast
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 per annum (very dependent on experience)

Our client is a highly respected Building, Civil Engineering, and Fit-Out Contractor with over 50 years of experience delivering outstanding projects across Northern Ireland and Ireland. They are now seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join their team in Belfast and support the delivery of construction projects from planning through to completion.

As a Junior Project Manager, you will support senior colleagues in the day-to-day management and coordination of projects, gaining valuable hands-on experience across all aspects of construction delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and resource management
• Monitoring budgets, costs, and progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth communication
• Supporting compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Preparing progress reports and documentation for senior management

This role offers excellent exposure to a variety of projects and a clear path to developing into a fully-fledged Project Manager.

• Degree (or equivalent) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• 2–4 years’ experience in construction (site coordination, assistant PM, or similar role desirable)
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project lifecycles
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Full UK driving licence

Primarily office-based in Belfast, with site visits required as part of project delivery.
